With just a few text messages, Paulo was able to accommodate the additional work the very next day. Paulo and his team were professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. They kept the work areas clean and left everything in great condition when the job was finished. Paulo genuinely cares about delivering high-quality work and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process. After the backsplash was installed, we realized that our oven was sticking out because of the old placement of the gas line opening, a problem that became more noticeable with the thinner tile we had selected. Paulo immediately understood the issue and worked with us to find the best solution.
