We had our floors done by Millena Flooring back in 2022, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They refinished all of our existing hardwood floors, installed new hardwood flooring throughout the upstairs, and transformed our carpeted stairs into beautiful hardwood stairs with an updated wood banister.

Paulo was extremely professional, reliable throughout the entire project. We loved that he came with suggestions and was attentive to our questions and needs.

We absolutely loved our floors when the job was finished, and four years later, we still love them just as much! They’ve held up incredibly well through two young boys and our dogs, and they still look beautiful and are going strong.

We would absolutely use Millena Flooring again in the future if we ever need any updates or additional work. For now, though, our floors are still holding strong!

Had Paulo and Team refinished hardwood throught out home while we were in vacation. They were accommodating in explaining the process and keeping us informed on job while we were gone. I hired Millena Flooring to refinish the hardwood floors throughout the first floor of our new home in Newton and replace the kitchen backsplash, and I am extremely happy with the results.
Just one day before the team was scheduled to begin refinishing the floors, I decided to replace the old carpeting in the walk-in closets with hardwood as well. With just a few text messages, Paulo was able to accommodate the additional work the very next day.
Paulo and his team were professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. They kept the work areas clean and left everything in great condition when the job was finished. Paulo genuinely cares about delivering high-quality work and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process.
After the backsplash was installed, we realized that our oven was sticking out because of the old placement of the gas line opening, a  problem that became more noticeable with the thinner tile we had selected. Paulo immediately understood the issue and worked with us to find the best solution.

these guys were amazing. They were on time and affordable. More impressively, they were in Constant touch with me when there was a problem and I was away for Labor Day weekend.
