I hired Millena Flooring to refinish the hardwood floors throughout the first floor of our new home in Newton and replace the kitchen backsplash, and I am extremely happy with the results. Just one day before the team was scheduled to begin refinishing the floors, I decided to replace the old carpeting in the walk-in closets with hardwood as well. With just a few text messages, Paulo was able to accommodate the additional work the very next day. Paulo and his team were professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. They kept the work areas clean and left everything in great condition when the job was finished. Paulo genuinely cares about delivering high-quality work and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process. After the backsplash was installed, we realized that our oven was sticking out because of the old placement of the gas line opening, a  problem that became more noticeable with the thinner tile we had selected. Paulo immediately understood the issue and worked with us to find the best solution. these guys were amazing. They were on time and affordable. More impressively, they were in Constant touch with me when there was a problem and I was away for Labor Day weekend. Paulo and his team are absolutely awesome!  My project holds a tight timeline that some might consider unreasonable, but Paulo stepped up and accepted the challenge. They came in to sand and finish existing hardwood floors - they did a great job and were easy to work with. We had some changes in scope on our end, and they were able to work with us to additionally repair some damaged sections of floor. I'm very happy and would hire them again!
