I hired Millena Flooring to refinish the hardwood floors throughout the first floor of our new home in Newton and replace the kitchen backsplash, and I am extremely happy with the results. Just one day before the team was scheduled to begin refinishing the floors, I decided to replace the old carpeting in the walk-in closets with hardwood as well. With just a few text messages, Paulo was able to accommodate the additional work the very next day. Paulo and his team were professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. They kept the work areas clean and left everything in great condition when the job was finished. Paulo genuinely cares about delivering high-quality work and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process. After the backsplash was installed, we realized that our oven was sticking out because of the old placement of the gas line opening, a problem that became more noticeable with the thinner tile we had selected. Paulo immediately understood the issue and worked with us to find the best solution. Paulo has very high standards, is reliable and helpful when unexpected issues arise, and is genuinely pleasant to work with.
